Help Your Child Choose Smart Foods

If your child is 8-13 years old, then it’s a great time to start teaching him healthy food choices. Encourage him to eat a healthy breakfast every day, snack on fruits and vegetables, and stay away from convenience foods. Help your child learn “Go, Slow or Whoa!” It’s a handy food chart that will help children understand whether it’s OK to eat certain foods all the time, some of the time or just occasionally.
